We investigate the Landau-Zener like dynamics of decaying two- and three- level systems with decay rates $\Gamma_{1}$ and $\Gamma_{2}$ for levels with minimum and maximum spin projection. A new class of exactly soluble decaying three-level model is presented. The realizations of our models are discussed both for double and triple quantum dots.
