Electronic structure in a noncoplanar multiple-Q ordered state is theoretically studied. We find a four-sublattice triple-Q order on a cubic lattice induces three-dimensional massless Dirac electrons at commensurate electron fillings. The Dirac state is doubly degenerate, while it splits into a pair of Weyl states by lifting the degeneracy by an external magnetic field. We show that such a triple-Q order appears in a periodic Anderson model on the cubic lattice within the mean-field approximation. Peculiar surface states associated with the Dirac electrons are also presented.
