Charge pairing by quantum entanglement in strongly correlated electron
systems

Byung Gyu Chae
The coherent superposition state of \alpha |I> + \beta |L> between the ultimate states of the localized state and the itinerant state is generated by varying the correlation strength in strongly correlated electron systems. The bipartite composite system let the coherent state decohere to the mixed states, which is related to quantum entanglement of the subsystems. Quantum entanglement invokes the charge pairing where the increase of entropy is an immediate cause of the pairing.
